I offer in-home, in-gym (NYC) and virtual personal training sessions. You can expect every session to be specifically tailored to your goals and needs. I will assure you feel safe, challenged and supported at all times. All while having a good time!

What to expect

 

Workouts

Personal training sessions are 1-hour in length. Each session will include a warmup, progressive strength circuits, core and cool down. Depending on your needs and desires we can add elements of barre and pilates to our routine.

Equipment ( general recommendations)

  • light weights (5 lbs)

  • heavy weights (10-50 lbs)

  • loop resistance bands

  • yoga mat

  • TRX bands (optional)

I am here to support you. As your trainer you can email and/or text me throughout the week with questions, requests or concerns. I’ll help you stay on track and get you into the best shape of your life!
