Hi — thanks for being here! I’m passionate about creating a fitness community where everyone feels connected and inspired. My personal training style is effective, highly tailored and encouraging. My classes are energetic, challenging and upbeat. I’m dedicated to my fitness education and will always teach safe and effective movement.
