Hi — thanks for being here! I’m passionate about creating a fitness community where everyone feels connected and inspired. My classes are energetic, challenging and upbeat. Reminding you that exercise can (and is) fun! I’m dedicated to my fitness education and will always teach safe and effective movement.

Workouts

The Daily Bailey offers a variety of styles ranging from barre, strength and HIIT. Each workout is uniquely crafted to keep you safe and engaged.

Equipment

  • light weights (2-4 lbs)

  • heavy weights (5-10lbs)

  • loop resistance band

  • yoga mat

  • ankle weights
